Cook something from scratch this week - no boxes, mixes, frozen or microwaves. Fresh ingredients, thoughtfully prepared. As you work, pay attention to your heart anxieties and/or calming. Try to incorporate at least one "scratch" cooking/baking day per week and share with others!
